Anyone know this?

Right, this track says something like 'Slam a jam to the funk' repeated and then samples Activ-8 by Altern 8, and at some point has a 'needle scratching across a record' sound before slamming back into the Activ-8 sample??? sorry no sound samples, but if anyone can help that'd be good, its been bugging me for ages! x
