303 Hard Acid Trance/Dutch 2001 onwards TUNE ID - LONG SAMPLE!

Sample is about 4 minutes long, contains very fast spoken dutch words in the space off about 4 bars twice throughout the whole tune, (which gives off the imperssion its release country is netherlands)
Sounds are typical of hard trance from the year 2001 onwards, deep groaning bassline and has a layer of 303 acid running all the way through it, untill the breakdown in the middle, where then the acid and synth all comes together. Please listen - someone must know it!
