Had this on mp3 for a few years now, but no idea of the title.
Might be slightly later than 2000, but not by much.
Soulful house with a nice bassline and some chilled vocals - one of lines says "now that the summer wind has returned... the way it always seems to do", or something along those lines.
Any ideas gratefully received.
