Please Help--Tune Identification

I know this is a shot in the dark but hey....i have exhausted myself looking for a proggy trance tune that came out between late 1998 and early 2000...it was on a demo cd from Gene Carbonell...heard it at a house party in Toronto..anyway in the song there is a female voice that say" if you listen,you can hear neptune calling...or "if you listen closely you can hear neptune calling....

Hope this may ring a bell for someone and anyone can help me find the name of this song....been haunting me for years....

Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated..
