i search a records, but i don't know his name and label and who made it, just EDC 23 is cut on the vinyl, and a guy tell me it's maybe a belgian production, but not sure.

if you can help me please ?

That EDC is/was Eddy De Clerq who was involved in in tracks on the Mackenzie label in Belgium.
