no1 seems to know the name of it

i got this mix called :cool: Monroes Classic May Mix 1991 :cool: and theres a tune on there that goes like this

(in the voice of a black gospel preacher)

In the beginning there was jack
and jack had a room
and from this room came the rules of our rules
and while one day busily throwing down on his box
jack bowler declared let there be house
and house music was born
i am ya see, i am the creator
and this is my house
and in my house there is only house music
but i am not so selfish
because once you enter my house
it becomes our house and our house music
and ya see no one man owns house
because house music is a unversal mania
spoken and understood by all
ya see house is a feeling and no-one can understand
really unless they deep into house
house is an uncontrollabe desire......

the speech carries on but the music starts to drown it then

(the speech slows right down like a tape fuking up)

then a second voice sings

(then music plays)

i would be really grateful if someone could identfy this tune as its amazing and i want it on its own

That sounds like the accapella of Rhythm Controll - My House over another tune

Being Monroes, it is most likely italian, you got a sample?

Fingers Inc - Can you feel it is the original track that used the speech but i think others sampled it. Another is Mr Jack - Wiggly World. :D

actually konspiracy was right
the first tune to use the chuck roberts speech was

rhythm control - my house

mr fingers knicked it for can you feel it
and theer are plenty of others that used it after that

i very much doubt its actually rhythm controll that your after we were just saying that rhythm controll is the original track that uses the chuck roberts vocals "in the begining" etc etc

from your description its just a track that uses that vocal or possibly the dj was using an accapella

there are many many tunes that use the vocal so happy hunting

prehaps u need to make a sample of the track u want id'ing
