Sasha/digweed '92 "raise Your Hands" Tune With Siren

I'm after a really funky tune from about 1992 with the vocal "raise your hands", its also got a siren in it & was played by Sasha & Digweed at Renaissance etc... Please let me know if you have an idea of what it is...
