Hi.
The house (?) track I look for is from a Matthew B (studio) mixtape from possibly 1990 as I remember this other track being on it:
Cause'n'Effect - Hype (1990)

I have been given this tape by the DJ back then with other but I actually lost this one tape.
The the track I try to ID has a sample from John Morris' Woodstock Announcement that you can listen here:

It says "the person next to you is your brother".
All my searched have been unsuccessful so far, even asking the DJ. Hopefully, someone here would be able to help.
