Hi guys,
Can anyone else remember a tune that both Hype & Zinc used to drop in sets from around 2002 / 2003 that contains the main riff from out of Shades of Rhythm - Homicide? I heard them drop in some of their sets from around that period but never found out if it was an exclusive dub of theirs or released as a white label,etc. It was from the period when there were drum & bass remix tracks made utilising old tracks samples for example "Shook One - Zinc remix", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XW7wSAmn1UE & "FSOL - Papua New Guinea (High Contrast Mix)" & "Cymande – The Message (Ed Rush & Optical Remix)". The Homicide track im looking for also had a vox just before the track slowed down to a half tempo "This time we go back, way back...back into time" before it kicks off again. |Its a great tune.
