Mid 90's underground house tune. Female vocal singing "It's the way"

I'm 39 and this ones been bugging me for well over twenty years!!

I remember the exact melody and will have to upload me humming it or something if I don't get any joy.

Was a garagey house tune with a 4x4 beat.

I'd be the happiest fucker ever if any one can help me out.

OK this is me whistling the tune. No pisstaking, I know I can't whistle!

That is definitely the melody, if you can get past my shite whistling.

It wasn't really a vocal track. The "it's the way" bit was really only a sample rather than a lead vocal.

That said I'm now doubting myself about the vocal, it's so long ago.

I reckon any UK underground house and garage DJ from the mid nineties stands a good chance of helping me out here.

Just remembered It had a catchy very slightly off-key repetitive female vocal, that went, "Ooh, baby love, baby baby baby love, Ooh, baby love, baby baby baby love", and was interspersed by another sample from the same vocalist that went "it's the way", every other bar.
