Noise Factory - Straight From The Bedroom - wheres the sample from?

noise factory use this sample (attached) but from where? i know it's from an old jungle tune and it's the beginning of the tune. anyway ignore the beats/bassline it's the oh oh oh ah ah ah ah oh oh thing. going higher in pitch then lower any help cos it's doing my head in now for 6 days. i know i know it but my brain blank. THANKS
