Techno Grooves The cry

After a 90-92 track which has the same 'just throw ya hands in the air sample in it as Techno Grooves Mach3 - the cry sample in it or even where that original vocal sample comes from???

Yep,found that only last week cheers pal, actually after a track from early 90's...90-92 that had that sample and also a sample from the beginning of Katherine E -I'm Alright Yeah-e-Yeah yeah bit.The track had a ravier break feel to it with a break with a load of scratching over it????? ring any bells?????
