I found a dubplate with a UK Breakbeat/Hardcore remake of Strings of life. Blank labels, no info.

I deffo recognize that mix, not sure it's a breakbeat hardcore mix, I am only speculating but I am sure it is one of the various remixes from around 1991/1992 possibly on one of the House Sound Of Chicago series
