I know 12 but cant place it. It obviously samples or mixes with Lil Louis - New York, but where have I heard the techno part? I feel maybe Djax or Baby Ford/Minimal Man, something like that?

you got the ONE mixed it's "New York" played VERY fast.
Havent found the other in baby Ford productions hope you Will remember the ID.
It's sound like another US release (Chicago?)
