Hello,
Firstly, sound quality is not the greatest - but this was actually someone else's unknown that was only posted as a link to a zippshare file, I've uploaded a sample and provided a soundcloud link to hopefully cater for everyone's listening preferences.... Because I really need this ID'd.
This was originally posted as a recording off the radio mixed with another track beforehand, that track was already ID'd and is from 1996, so I'm guessing this is also from 1996.

I can't make out what the lyrics are saying besides the odd word here and there..... I also don't really recognise the production style.... so I've got nothing to work on other than the presumed year......
