Hi all. Can someone help me I.D this track from a skate video (from Palace's Palasonic).

I have posted a link to the Youtube video, because it's easier to differentiate the sounds of skateboarding when you see it (i think)

I used to have this track on a mix back in the day, & never had a clue who it was by. This sounds like it's been ripped from a live set, because it's been pitched up a lot, & there is an MC in this version.

I had an inkling that it was something from Bukem, but I'd gone through so much of his enormous back catalogue, & not found it - turns out I was slightly off track... Thanks again, you've just solved a 15 year old mystery, case closed!
