????Lucy in the Sky sample????

Can anyone please supply the name of the tune. It is a heavy tune with piano interludes and has a dream-like distorted "Lucy in the Sky" sample. There is a distorted male voice too, "...........the people of the bass are gonna rock the place" or summat like that. Was around 90/91 and I remember it being mixed well with Total Confusion. It is a tune I have been searching for for years, rarely played due to the irregular beat pattern.

Thanks for the reply but I remembered it is by Nucleatide or Nuculartide. I can't find it anywhere though.
