Frankie Valentine set 1991.

Hey all. Looking for an ID on this. I've had no luck anywhere so far. It seems as though no-one knows it. The set is from 1991 but I think the track is from earlier as I've heard it on a FV tape from 1990 too.

Track comes in after Shades Of Rhythm - Everybody, and is on it's own from 38:40
