an old tune looped up for an ad

Hi, first post, glad to have found this place. Anyway long story short i've hopefully attached a small bit of an ad that ran on the net which i really want to ID the music you can hear
playing. It's got a funky fat sort of old garage sound to my ears, you'll have to ignore the girl at the end starting talking (sorry).

Any help apreciated.
