No definite ID, but Beltram 1 sounds like something by Dave Clarke or Mauuro Picotto - (Baguette) - very similar sort of style and production.
Not much to go on, but Baguette was released in 2000 and that Beltram set is 1999

Oh yes!!! First of all, sorry for the late followup guys... Indeed it's this Funk D'Void tune, was a HUGE ID - thanks a lot @Nasty_Rhythms!
As for ID#1, Dave Clarke might be a good suggestion (he has tons of tracks and side projects though!)... I know for a fact that this same tune was in a promo mix from Schubfaktor Records (Austria) or Tebro, from the year 2000 but I can't find that mix at the moment. Thanks for the input @Groovesection!
