I originally found this track in a music folder that I suspect was copied from Jonathan Peters. The original file is a .wav and has no mp3 compression, but seems to be cut from a mixed set. Either a compilation CD or recorded from the booth at a club? File was titled "oliva newton" but there's no vocals so I don't see how that could be related.
Clip attached. I put the most song I could with the 1.5MB limit. Would love to know what this is and find it, because I think it's really cool :)
