The lyrics appear to be sampled from Sonic Surfers - Don't Give It Up (1994) as opposed to being one of the remixes of that tune. However you could try listening to all the mixes.
But my guess would be that someone has sampled it.
Hopefully that info will help you track it down. Good luck! ;)
