1988-89 House ID

Hi all! :)
I have a very very short section of a House tune from late 88 early 89, only 22 seconds long, which I need ID'ing please.
I guess its a typical percussive House tune with a guy saying Break! at the start then towards the end it sounds like "who who whose".
The tracks played before it, to give you and idea of the type of set it was in are:

It took a bit of effort to find the right mix as it seems there was a bit of misnaming going on the releases.
My ID is the 9 minute version which changes 'mix' name on 2 different releases:
