In particular, have a read of the comments started by CaptainSkelebones.
There's a link there to Spotify for a couple of tunes that use this music.

It appears to be a piece of royalty free music which has been used by a number of people in their tunes/videos, including those in the Spotify links.

although the guy who posted it has added bubbling water sounds at the beginning.

But the origin and the name of the original piece of music is still unknown. :(

oh .. :(
Anyway that Believe tune by Sven Walter is similar to the Jeep Wrangler video as it also loops that same piece of music, which only happens to be 1 minute long.

Probably not worth pursuing as it isn't actually a complete tune.
