I just realised that at 00:09 the DJ says "from Dance Opera".
I'm currently checking all Dance Opera (label) releases but no luck so far.
This tune was played in Feb 93. The tune could be from late 92 or early 93.
Hopefully this will help someone to ID it.

Edit: The length of the tune is 3mins 10secs. The DJ played the full track so that should be accurate.
