Vocal clue Key 103 and Pier 93'94ish

:wave: Hi all.. Im posting this for a friend coz for the life of me i cant think what it is and its head pecking now to say the least. :fekked:
So thought id put it to the masters and hope you's can shed some light..! :thumbsup:
Its a vocal clue and this is what he wrote.....!

Can someone please help me name a tune, was very vocal too! It used to get hammered on Dance nights on Key103 plus used get played in pier every weekend, the year I'd say 94/95ish and hears some of the words "I believe you and me we should be together eternally, when I wake in the morning and the suns shining on my face and I think to myself I'm a part of the human race yeah I get and it makes me feel so happy yeahhhhh cause I believe you and me, I believe I can see, I believe in fantasy"........Or something like that thanks
