Song from the 90s, recently remixed?

Help!

There was an instrumental song from the 90s that was recently remixed/sampled into a newer dance song.

I heard it in a public space so recorded a sample of it. The sample is open air quality so services like shazam won't pick it up.

Any guesses?

Its a Happy hardcore track from the days of Dune, Paul Elstak, Marusha, Charlie Lownoise & Mental Theo, RMB etc ... cant recall the name tho, but if ya start searching comps containg above artists ca the mid 90s ya will find it ;)

Now to find if/when it was sampled in other songs. I remember the song being different, but it was such a long time ago, I might be 'mis-remembering'.
