house 98/99

Hi all , i have no sample but its about a house track i was listened on radio several times about 98 /99 / 2000 , i am sure 100% sure that its released , all what i remember is that contain a female vocal starting by something like "coming..." than a robotic voice repeating something like "superstar la..." which seems to be the title. The track could not be hard to find , it was similar style as The Love Bite - Take Your Time
I created a demo with fl studio , i replaced the robot voice with bass sound
