Unknown darkside late 91 tune with Base sample

Hi all, I've been looking for the tune at 23.45 in the mix below. Sounds like a early basement/tango tune or possibly liquid wax? It has a sample "Base" which is the same as a 93 track on gyroscope recs by defender- feel it.
Any help would be great!
