Its close but I don't think it's Midex either. It doesn't have that vocal.

Also I think the tune at 3:34 is a mix of mantra to the buddha sounds similar, can anyone tell the difference? https://youtu.be/3LmZ5ZAaWOI?t=1m38s

The vocal part I've only ever heard before on a Boom Terrorism track called Ramdaneedle, but it's definately not that. I'll ask Jon see if he remembers them.

I think you may be right on the first ID. The acid lines are identical to a 1993 track called Solamente Musica but the percussion and shit is different.
