NY House Pre-1993 ID (potentially)

I am after an id to an old school house record, I've been hunting for many years.

I've been thinking it might be from one the leading NY House labels, but after going through the back catalogues of the likes of Nu Groove, Strictly Rhythm, Downtown I've had no luck.

For the record in question check out 32.00 - 35.00 of the following mix:
