Is this remix of Armand Van Helden - Witch Doctor?

Could this track be a remix of Armand Van Helden - Witch Doctor? I hear the word "possessed" in the sample. Sorry for the short and bad quality sample, the sound got distorted when I recorded this on a tape a long time ago. Probably around 1994-95.
