First is : Moontribe - Dance of the Seventh Hill (Dj Tiesto's Power Dub)

Second tune ive heard it in years 2000s i think on viva tv or radio but i dont know his name , sounds german

Yes thankyou I managed to id the first one not long after posting this... :)

As for the second one I have asked many people and nobody knows it so it must be fairly obscure :(

A wild guess is that it could perhaps be a Mental Theo (Theo Nabuurs) production but so far I haven't been able to find anything...

Second tune could not be hard to find am sure it was popular i can say 90% german 99/2001 , i will try to ask some old artists maybe they will remember it

Yeah its similar to the dub version but its not the same track...

I asked Dj Jurgen (Alice Deejay) he sais its "back in my life" in a different version that he dont know , but for me it sounds different

Yeah I'm pretty certain its not a remix of Alice Deejay...

Kenneth Heuvel made a couple of tracks in 99 which were very similar to Alice Deejay tunes but I dont think he did this one.
