Hey bud, just had a real good look on Discogs using the advanced search features and came up with a blank.
Also had a look via Google using some search techniques but again found fuck all :(

I suppose it could be that it has yet to be submitted on Discogs, especially if only 50 or 100 or so copies were ever pressed :(

All I can say, it uses vocals parts from a super classic, Sinnamon - I Need You Now ;)

it also samples a dialogue from the tv show "the twilight zone", season 5 episode 4:
