hard tune with celtic sound

Macro picot yo/ Mario pic played it late 90's early naughties. Pure war tune. Hard to describe. Tried whistling/ humming into tune I'd software but no joy. Best tune ever better than mega mind "taub". Kinda bagpipey sound but less grating.

thanks for reply but no thats not it. Its like the hard euro/techno mauro picotto / mario piu used to play in 99/2000. Its not quite a bagpipe, but synths reminiscent of bag pipes. Very celtic swang to the tune. Its HARD along the lines of megamind taub.
