Another..................

its a piano tune, it contains aretha franklin 'Party',

starts with 'party theres a party, get up and party,party theres a party,uhhhh yessss, party theres a party, here comes the party got to got to get funky'

It then drops into a piano break with the Aretha sample 'Partyyyyyyy, wuhhhhh wooooo hoooo' x 4 then 'arty,arty,arty,arytyyyyyyyyy'

It also has the DJ H sample of 'I Like it', there are lots of pianos and brassy bits.

Its not DJ Herbie Feat Joy Salinas - Party Time
