It is called Beneath the Sheets, its by Vertigo (pretty sure its not the DJ - not his type of tune) - its a balaeric guitar type track. I'll dig it out if you want details

There is a v.slightly proggy mix on it, still has a slight guitar sample on it, with some woman sort of talking about sweaty bodies etc, then the chorus breaks into take control, aint ever gonna let you go

Its on Some Bizarre records 1993. Ive a copy for sale if you want it.
