HELP....dance tune from around 1990

I recorded it off a radio station in 1990 and cannot find who did this track, the station was Club Music on the astra satellite the lyrics go something like this:

follow the groove just walking alone
i'm coming back from a nowhere road
but all of the time this wind blows my mind
__ __ __ back to me and stay for a while


(Chorus) chance dont you want a dancefloor, chance make me want a dancefloor

Not sure if there saying chance, fem singing the vocals
