only heard this once. Wicked piano tune with the very recognisable 'whoo- yeah' from it takes two/think every so often breaks down into a weird spanish sounding bloke talking and what sounds like a grandfather clock ticking in the background. this is not a joke and actually quite a tune

From that discription, to me, it sounds like:

OffShore - I cant take the power (moziac remix)

but if thats to obvious, cos u would have said it said "I cant take the power"(unless its the instrumental which might not have the bird singing) I dont know - its a guess. Right era, right theme, right elements.........

See ya

Sirius.

Does the guy say anything like... "It's 3 O'clock"?
If it does then I have that at home but can't remember who it's by, but I think it's calld It's 3 O'clock.

tunes where the whole song stops then a clock ticks for about 5 seconds then it all comes back in. This is REALLY spanish just a bloke saying something like. "i don't know what is javier. what is javier" very weird but good. can't tell ya anymore i'm afraid
