I know this isn't much to work with, but the track was a white label named "Come On" according to Allen McKenroth, DJ Dyno Might and DJ G Brown.
It featured a lot of melodic female vocals and I heard it at Dyno Might's house during the mid-1990s. I actually never heard anyone play it at Escapades, which was where I hung out back then in New Orleans.
