Few unknown tracks and an old vhs

Been many moons since I tried to get me unknowns identified, I did get many id'ed thanks to those on here, I think it's time to try my luck again. :)

The vhs samples come from a 1993 vhs video I had, it was in a similar vein to x-mix-1 with a mix of tunes and pulsating video. I lost the video years ago but just found a tape I must have recorded it on :D

It was featured on Big Breakfast, with Chris Evans saying "Don't buy it, it's just for... fun...".

Hopefully if I can get the tracks identified I can find the name of the video.

I thought I'd better do some diligent searching for the vhs so went through the tapes of the period on discogs and managed to identify it: https://www.discogs.com/DJ-Phantasy-DJ-Clarkee-Chill-Out-2/release/7119752

No probs, I did check Youtube but only a couple of short clips for Chill Out 2 so I'll keep searching. Ta anyway :)
