Been plagued by this tune for decades now, and I just need it in my collection. Can anyone help ID this belter?

It could be from these early labels from eindhoven => Eevo Lute Muzique (http://www.discogs.com/label/263-Eevo-Lute Muzique), Djax-Up-Beats (http://www.discogs.com/label/235-Djax-Up-Beats) and Freaky Records (http://www.discogs.com/label/2681-Freaky-Records).
Freaky records has also some sub-labels with early house/dance releases.
These labels have releases with the fax/phone number starting with 040 printed on the label.
