Unknown tune from David Morales Set 1999

Hi everyone,
This is a vocal song from a Dave Morales Party 1999. Probably this singer is famous. He sings like Billy Cliff.
Please help me...Thank you all in advance.

It is Billy Cliff "We Like It". I have a LGDP tape from 99 where Morales id's the track himself. He said it was a forthcoming release on Definity Records but I'm not sure it ever got released.

There's another Billy Cliff track on the same mix "The Way You Love Me" probably unreleased as well. A shame they are both nice tracks.
