Song from late 80's and early 90's with trumpet sax solo

I have been looking for this song for years. I was 11 years old and heard it on the radio. I had a video and it had the tune of the piano solo in this song

The trumpets would play that tune then one of them would say "Ohh Yeah!" then the sax solo would kick in. The whole song had a latin beat to it. I hope someone knows ..Thank you in advance.:)
