2 tunes from 1992

Wondering if anybody could help me out on these tracks from 92. The first has a high pitched "sounds like this" sample and a rolling bassline, while the other has Twikki from Buck Rogers going BidiBidBidiBidi....take me I'm yours. The second track is not The General Base from 94, since it came out in 92. Thanks in advance!phones:
