Maybe its just me, but this doesnt sound like its from 1993 to me. Sounds more like something thats been produced recently but in the oldskool style :confused:

This tape rip is consists the fragments of three mix-sets by DJ (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/DJ_%D0%93%D1%80%D1%83%D0%B2) from Russia who was played live at the Moscow's radio Maximum '93-94 years. That's absolutely true info.
Mix-set with this Unknown track he was played on vinyl records exactly in 1993 and hence unknown track was released in '93 (or, in the 1992) but no later than 1993

Unfortunately now he does not remember what was playing
because the records had not survived. (((

Guys, do you have any idea MC's name who sang ragga in this track ?

There are 1994 tracks in their and Leviticus - Burial - Chronic 3 (Combination Mix) didnt come on vinyl until 1995 as i remember buying it then so the tune could be from any year from 1992-95.

If I understand you correctly, the unknown track it can be a dub plate release? Right?
but it sound a lot like '92-93.
Maybe you have any suggestions about labels or artists the sound like this ?
