Breaks sound similar to Freestyle + DJ R "Ten 44"
Also has the "I've got to be sure, if your intentions are pure" vocal.
Can't place it, person who asked me about it claims it most likely is NOT a dubplate since the dude who played it was mostly a bedroom DJ without dub hookups etc.
