1997 Unknown Vocal Trance Tune...Please Help??

This is an unknown trance tune from Gatecrasher times played out by Scott Bond. Initially I had this unknown down as "Quadran ft. Tasha - The Love I Lost" however after listening, pretty certain that it's not. The unknown is track 2 of this mix and has this European flavour to it (could well be a Dutch or German release).
