[Found it! See below :) ]Can anyone ID the slower/original tune which has the piano riff which comes in on Altri Mondi - Sarcasmo (piano Mix) at 2:08 ?

I'm not sure what year but if Sarcasmo (piano) is 1999 then it's much much older.
