thx dodgymix for your help - but only the first 2 min. is Drum Breaks Vol. 1 ‎– Hateful Moments - the record is not longer - no vocals in there - maybe a remix ??

It sounds to me like a DJ might be using "Hateful Moments" and mixing it with something else, perhaps with two copies of "Hateful Moments", or perhaps just mixing out and then putting "Hateful Moments" back to the beginning and mixing it back in.
